Just received today!! I had two Chi flat irons before purchasing this one and was hesitant about trying a different brand especially when they cost about the same.Also, the reviews can make it a little hard to decide whether it is worth it.It really is a beauty!It is super thin and it is longer than any flat iron i've ever had.You have the option of controlling the heat which is great and the cord seems to be pretty long which is always a plus.It has a 0-50 setting and i put it at 43 just to try out.First thing i noticed is that it took about 2 seconds to heat up lol.It left my hair super straight in no time and i have really long,thick hair so i'm excited and happy with my purchase so far! 3/5/19 Still love this flat iron!! I have not had any issues with it. I don't have as much time to get ready as I used to with an infant and a toddler so this thing is a life saver!I can see it damaging your hair over time if used at the highest setting but then again we complain if flat irons don't "work that well".All heat products damage hair so i recommend using heat protectant and not using all the way up to 45-50.
