This stuff is AMAZING! The day I received it in the mail, I washed all linen, mixed 1.5 oz (this bottle gives you a pre-measured dose) with 1 quart water and sprayed my couches, rugs, all areas those nasty mites could hang out. These are the next steps: 1. Take a warm bath with 1.5 oz. Permethrin. Make sure your entire body is covered, including submerging your hair. Dry off, discard towel and clothes to be washed. 2. Mix Permethrin and lotion in a baggie (I used Suave lotion, but any lotion/cream will do) 50/50 amounts. Baggie will mix it good. While standing in the tub, cover your body head to toe, I put it in the roots of my head, between fingers, toes, groin, everywhere. Keep rubbing until it is mostly dry, then put your night clothes on and go to bed. Keep the baggie for next week as you will do this again. 3. Leave on for 8-10 hours. I did not have anything crawling on me that night, RELIEF! 4. Wash off, then in 7 days do the same thing again. I could tell after the first treatment they were GONE! 5. Take a small cream jar and mix a 10/1 parts mix of 10 parts cream/ 1 part Permethrin to keep with you, especially at night. Anytime you feel a mite crawl put this cream on you. That is a female and she needs to be killed and this mix will kill her but not hurt you. The # will be few, if any.... 6. You will be mite free!!!
