For starters, installation took about 10 minutes without bumping into any problems. And, so far, I've had this chair for 4 months now and there is nothing bad to say about it. I am 6' 1" and 195 lb and I work at home and spend about 8 to 10 hours daily sitting on this chair. So far, it has provided continuous comfort for my back and my productivity has increased since switching to this chair. Update: After 8 months of daily use, the cushioning still feels like new!
