Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I normally don't write reviews at all but after seeing some less than 4 star reviews of this product, I was compelled to write my thoughts. I have five indoor cats and one outdoor cat, who is always outdoors (I believe all cats should be indoors unless on a leash or otherwise safely contained, but she was a rescue who was treated poorly by other cats and has lived her whole live outdoors and when we brought her in it was a bit much for her and so she prefers to remain outside). We have a very affectionate orange tabby Manx, an outgoing Japanese Bobtail mix, a very active Abyssinian mix, and two very different Maine Coons. One is teeny and the other is rather difficult and not as fond of handling as the others. At any rate, these are THE BEST harnesses ever. Sure, if you connect it properly it can slip but I have found that you just practise a bit and figure out how it works and tighten to a finger's width of space or so, just so the cat is comfortable. All five of mine absolutely LOVE them. Unlike a traditional harness, which only my one cat had ever liked, they walk around normally and jump and even run in these. They love the bungee leash because they can always move without feeling restrained and, should the need arise, they can comfortably pounce "prey" like bugs or leaves. Even when we watched my parent's cat for a few months, an unknown brown tabby mix who is very feisty and independent and who loves to be outside but had never been on a harness or leash, LOVED it. Also great for car rides if you want added security! Our orange tabby struts his stuff and shows off when he has his on. All in all, they best we've found. I just don't understand the poor reviews!
