I have tried several brands of CLA and I now I think I have found the one for me. It is a great price for how much you. The best part is that because of the high potency I immediately recognized the difference as opposed to others I had tried. I saw the pounds on scale go down and my clothes were fitting better with in the first week. I also take a green tea supplement and Raspberry Ketones. Just make sure you take it with a meal (as is the case with most CLA) or you will get an upset stomach. As soon as I changed to this product I lost 15 in the first 2 weeks and another 10 in the next 3 weeks.
