I've always had to borrow a pair from a friend while at the range and they were very uncomfortable. These muffs fit like a dream over the ear and the head band tension is just right. Love the noise cancellation and low sound amplification as out gun rage is a 3 station set up in a 40x40 room with a larger exhaust fan running. These allow you to dial in just the right amount of volume you prefer. The color looks as though it is a baked on enamel and thus far the quality of workmanship and operational aspect looks to be top notice. I recommend these muffs.
