Colgate Gel-Kam has been a lifesaver for me! 5 years ago my dentist explained that I needed to try something different. I am an avid brushed and even have used a Phillips Soniccare toothbrush. My dentist explained that my teeth looked great and were brushed excellently well, but I still suffered from cavities and problem spots. He recommended using Gel-Kam after brushing due to the higher flouride content, and my teeth have remained cavity free since. Yes, this is a relatively expensive product, and it is not meant to replace regular toothpaste (I use this after brushing and flossing as an additional step), but it works well for those requiring an extra layer of protection. We only have one set of adult teeth, and I want to keep mine brilliant. I have used both the mint and berry flavors and both are excellent. After 5 plus years of experience with this product, I would highly recommend. Thank you for reading and rating!
