I love this ice pack. It holds the coldness for a very long time, definitely past the recommended 20 minutes on. I got this for my hip replacement and it is the perfect size to fit over the incision site, plus some. The straps give it just enough compression to know it’s there, and adjust as needed for comfort. It gets cold quickly and holds the cold for a very long time. I received this in the winter and a few hours after I took it out of the package, it was still very cold. Love it!
