I normally buy swerve products, but while I was shopping for Thanksgiving food, I realized how much swerve I was going to have to buy, and I decided to search on Amazon for an alternative. I looked at prices, reviews, and possible sizes. I liked that this was available in 5 lb bags, which meant that it would be enough for all my low carb bakery items, with plenty left over for for regular use and Christmas. I have to say that I love this! I normally use stevia glycerite along with this, which IMHO and research is basically what swerve is. I even bought a burr grinder, so that I could make some of this into the confectioner version. I have to say that I will NEVER buy swerve again, and that this is not only a quality sugar substitute, but at a great price, too. I use this in basically all my low carb cooking and baking where it calls for a sugar substitute (I follow the low car/ketogenic lifestyle).
