The product came on time and in good condition. We have had several bike racks over the years. All of them the type that hang your bike from the cross bar. We only have two to transport one male and one female frame. The female bike was always a pain with the extra hanger bar or hung at a slant. Not any more. We LOVE this rack. It went together in about 15 minutes without tools. It fits great in our 2 inch receiver and is pretty stable as is. But when I used the clamp they provide it was rock solid. Bikes load easily in under 5 minutes and are super secure. Going down the freeway without a wiggle. Awesome. Check out the prices on the name brand units and you will see this is a great price. And I the quality is very good. Highly recommend this product.
