We now have 24 of these reusable cups. This is our second order, which says something. The only reason I don't score a 5 Stars is that there is an O-Ring seal, which is valuable, but it needs to be wet to easily seal. I trickle water out of the faucet and get only the lid wet before filling and closing, this lubricates the )-Ring and it snaps shut, sealed. Possibly a design change that sealed the cup, without the use of an O-Ring would be helpful. However, they clean well, keep consistently brewing the same, no clogs, and the tops have not broken off yet, as I have had with other products. Of all of the K-Cup reusable filters, I believe this is the best one, for the quality/price. Buying a premium coffee whole bean, grinding it in a burr grinder ourselves, we average about $.20 per cup. The savings over K-Cups at $.50 each, maybe a cheap brand for $.40, the savings add up and the time spent rinsing and refilling is not a big deal, I'm retired, I have the time.
