I believe I have hypothyroidism. I have all the symptoms, weight gain (20 plus pounds in 2 years and climbing), brittle hair, dry skin, fatigued, irritable, swollen gland, etc.). I can truly say Mary Ruth’s iodine drops is a blessing to me. I started taking them 6 days ago. I literally felt I had energy within 30 min of taking the 2 drops. Seriously!! I have not felt this way in a long time. I did not feel fatigued like I always feel. I have the energy to workout again! I have noticed in just these 6 days that my thyroid, which I could actually feel, does not feel anywhere as “thick” as it did before. I truly believe it has gone down in size too. I have lost 2 pounds also. I’m truly just amazed at how I feel. The energy (it’s not like an energy drink kind of energy. It’s subtle. With NO crash!) lasts 24 hours. I wake up feeling good. I take the drops in the morning (no specific time) and know within 30 min I’m going to have the energy I have been longing for again. I have 6 children between 10years - 1 years old. I have the energy to keep up with them. I am NO WAY as irritable as I was before the drops. I also homeschool the children. So I’m with them 24/7. They have noticed a good change in me too.
