Great product. Your body will go through a cleansing process, so you might feel tired for a few weeks. Remember your cells are expelling Flouride, Bromide and Chlorine, so it is taxing on the body. I started taking 2 drops a day then titrated to 10 drops a day (12.05 mg). I stayed on the 10 drops for about a week.Now I just take 3 a day.
