For reference, I’m 5’4 and 165, bought a large. They are definitely compression, but I don’t feel like a can of biscuits in them. I like my leggings to stay up, but if you feel uncomfortable in tight pants then I would size up. No camel toe, not see-through and the material seems pretty quality. I’ll update after I workout in them, but so far they seem to be a good deal for the low price.
