I debated how to rate this and finally settled on a 4 star. Here are my thoughts with the "cons" first allow this to end on a positive note. Cons: As you read the reviews, a consistent theme arises that the packaging and shipping often leads to broken items delivered. In my instance, the "truck" (the little wheel at the top that the line feeds through) was smashed. The reason why was clear: It was shipped in the same box as the poles and as such the end of an aluminum pole smashed agains the plastic wheel and destroyed it. Also consistent with the other reviews as the willingness to of the seller to replace broken items. It took 1.5 more weeks to get the replacement item, but they did send it and all is good. The final "con" is that no instructions came with the product. This was not a big deal. A quick tour of YouTube told me all I needed to know (i.e. How to properly seat the sleeve in the concrete with the proper drainage.) Pros: The value of this offering is extremely high. The pole is high quality, strong and very good looking. The flag provided is almost too high quality in that it is heavy and takes a fair amount of wind to get going. For the price, it is an incredible offering that really enhanced the house. Side note: I also bought a solar light to go on the top so at night is looks fantastic. All in (Pole, Flag, Second flag *Blue Star for deployed family member*, solar light, concrete and stone) I have only ~$200 in it. MANY people have commented on how nice it looks.
