Worth a try for sure.
Although the gnat will definitely stick to these, they aren't necessarily drawn to them. I have been battling fungus gnats in my houseplants for over 7 months and although they are tapering off, I'm not completely sure that these are the reason. I also used the beneficial nematodes. I would say try these anyway, as they may be all you need. Here's a tip I can give you for sure: STAY AWAY from Miracle Gro potting soil that is sold at Costco in the ginormous bags. I've never had other than a few gnats here or there before I re-potted all my plants at once with the Miracle Gro and seriously, I had millions within two weeks of potting. Also, I've best luck by laying them flat on the dirt surface, don't remove the cover paper on one side, then when one side gets full, flip over and remove the other paper.
