I have never sewed before (well never even thread a bobbin) and got this as a gift from my husband. I initially was overwhelmed but the set up is easy. I got it November and by January I have already sewn dresses. I started with hemming and seeing how easy it was found some videos on you tube and started with baby skirts, which again went well. I'm still learning and have trouble stitching elastic but still I love my machine and cant wait to try new sewing projects.
