So far, the laptop is good except for the small amount of memory. I JUST FOUND A WAY TO CLEAR UP SOME MEMORY! (I didn't have enough to do a Microsoft Service Pack update, but I was able to make room.) So, here's the deal with this laptop. 1 - Get a SD Card & use that to install your programs too. I have using a 128GB card. It works well. And fast. 2 - Clear up some space. I uninstalled a few things, but the BIG deal is an extra windows 10 folder. You'll find it in the C drive. You'll see "Windows.old." You need the "Windows" folder, but the "Windows.old" folder is HUGE (Like 10 GB) and can be deleted. I googled "Windows.old" and found nothing but instructions on how to delete this. Anyway, after it was all said & done, I freed up 7 GB. I was so happy, I wanted to share what I found.
