I just received this printer, and I didn't see this information posted anywhere so I thought I'd inform everyone and hopefully save someone else my frustration. I spent an unreasonable amount of time trying to set this up on my home WIFI network. Most of my equipment was made in the last couple years and is 802.11n or ac compliant on the 5GHz band so at first it didn't occur to me that this new model 802.11n capable printer would only work on the 2.4GHz WIFI band. After enabling that feature in my router, setup was easy. Other than that, so far, so good. Using the touchscreen is a little difficult for those like myself with big fingers, but I just access the firmware through a browser now anyway. On a related note, the available smartphone apps from Epson work great also. Since they're free, I recommend getting them.
