My MS trainer told me to get this specific set so I can use them at home too. I’ve had MS for 19 years and it’s so important for me to work hard to keep my strength up. It is the excercising that I do that has gotten me out of my wheelchair and now enables me to walk again! I unfortunately fall sometimes so I initially had a fear of trusting that the strap hooked over the door would be safe. However, now I use it confidently and really appreciate being able to work on my strength at home too. Thank you Tribe so much for being such an important part of keeping me moving for as long as I can!
