Don't get upset if it leaks...there is a reason why,and it's a very quick fix. Thanks to my awesome engineer,super smarty pants husband. We got the first one for my Pug puppy last week...and as soon as I filled it up...it began to leak. Just like everyone who had an issue said it would. My husband took a quick look at it. This bottle is from a plastic die-cast mold. Two pieces that are joined together. Down at the nozzle portion, if run your finger along it...you can feel a bit of a bump....just enough to interrupt it from properly sealing. He took a razor blade box cutter and shaved it off. Now it works like a dream. No drip, no leak. My puppy LOVES it. We decided to go and get another for our two chihuahuas, bc they like his. It came in today. Sure enough, same little bump and it was leaking some at the nozzle where you screw it on. So I shaved the little bump off, and voila...works fantastically. Plastic isn't always perfect. So don't give up on this product. It's awesome.
