I purchased the small and medium fan. They are both so close in size and didn't know which to pick. The small has 2 speeds, the large has 3. The lowest speed will most likely not be used because it's too low and equivalent to someone standing next to you and blowing in your face... The small fan is great for a small space where the fan will hit you directly - like a desk. The larger one is only a tad more powerful but will do a better job circulating air in a small room. I posted photos of the small and medium fan side by side for comparison. Also - The color of the fan is lovely but not as bright as seen in the photos. It has a more vintage mint green color, not as bright as in photos.
