I was about ready to give up on the ketogenic diet because I had all the nasty side effects keto had to offer, perhaps I have a more sensitive system. However, I loved how I felt on keto and knew I had to remedy the side effects with electrolytes. I did some research and this formula was comparable to some of the others on the market that were more money and had great reviews. Well, here's another great review...BUY THIS ELECTROLYTE POWDER!!!!! As a runner I was always bloated when I ate carbohydrates whether I ate healthy carbs or not. When I started keto about 2 weeks ago that fixed my bloating but I felt all the symptoms related to electrolyte deprivation.
