It works from day one
What's that old saying, "The proof is in the pudding." Fact, I took this supplement for ONE DAY (2 pills, 12 hours apart for each one) and the very next day when I took my blood readings it was down 20 points and continued to go down day after day. Let's just say I'm VERY impressed.
