This product worked perfectly the very first day. I have a bluetick coonhound who is extremely vocal and it was disrupting our life immensely, and we couldn't bring him anywhere at all because of his noisiness. He is only 6 months so I wanted to hold off on a bark collar because I didnt want him to find a different more harmful way to Express anxiety or frustration, but this works AMAZING. We already tried a remote shock collar and it did not work, it only escalated his loud barking and made it worse. I thought, well if a shock dkesnt work I dont think anything else will! But this was really affordable and had good reviews so I decided to try it, I wanted to be able to bring my dog in public and not have my roommate hate my dog because of his howling. This stopped his incessant barking the very first day. I seriously cant believe it. This has literally changed our life, and that says something about how bad my hounds barking issue was. I put him in a situation I knew would make him bark, and of course, after a few whines he let out one big bark, and immediately the loud beeping from the collar responded and he was startled and a fee moments later, barked again, you get it. He learned the concept in a day and I literally brought him to the beach on the most crowded day wearing this collar and he didnt bark once, whereas I couldnt even bring him on a walk on my backroads during active timesbecause if he saw one person outside he literally barked non stop until I could get him homeand it was so painfully embarrassing. Amazing product, works perfect. I am hoping the battery life is good as we do have a lot of uses for it.
