If you're thinking about buying a thermal printer don't wait. I was a little hesitant on buying this one with the mixed reviews, but went ahead anyhow and I'm glad I did. I found a YouTube tutorial that made installing and setting up the software quick and easy for me, then went to his next tutorial and learned how to make it so Etsy would shipping label would print correctly and easily for me. I've been using my printer for a couple of days with no issues. I've printed shipping labels as well as my recipes cards (I stick them on index cards) and all have turned out great. Great buy happy I went ahead with this purchase 😁
