Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

Ok - I'm just about to order a new pair for use in my walking shoes and I noticed a couple negative reviews. So, I decided to put in my review to counter them - I have four pair of these - 2 in work shoes - one in hiking boots and one in my walking shoes. It's hard to say which gets more use my work shoes (on a job that requires me to be on my feet all day on cement floors) - or my walking shoes (I walk a lot - for my health 4-5 times per week 1 - 2 hours per.) These inserts have helped me avoid aching feet for 3 years (same ones) - they're getting a little worn but still going strong. I'm only buying new ones to go with my new walking shoes - THAT'S RIGHT THEY'VE OUT LASTED MY WALKING SHOES ! So to these negative reviews I'd say "are you sure your talking about the same product ? UPDATE : After some consideration - the only thing I can think of as to why a couple of reviewers gave these a bad review (most seemed to complain about them slipping or bunching up in shoe. One - you've got to cut these to fit your shoe size - there are outlines on the undersides to follow according to what size you take. This is extremely important if you don't cut them correctly they will not fit in your shoe properly and probably will move around on you. So be extra careful when you get ready to cut them to fit - screw it up and there's no going back. Better to leave them a tiny large - put them in shoe and try them out - you can always carefully trim off more later. In fact I leave a slight extra around the outside - they wear in and that little extra material gives them a better grip and I believe stops them from shifting around. Either way good luck - they're worth a try - usually when a product has mostly good reviews and only a few bad it indicates the reviewers giving the poor reviews probably screwed up. Any product no matter how good it is can be screwed up by poor installation/usage.
