A stand-up keyboard and mouse tray. Nothing else.
If I reviewed this for the reason I bought it, it would get 2-3 stars. However, I realize that it wasn't like I was misled to it's purpose, I just bought the wrong tool for the job. That being said, this still isn't a perfect product, thus 4 stars.
First, let's list all the things this tray is NOT, for those who may be considering buying it for the same reasons I did.
+ This is not just a keyboard tray. It is 27" wide. It can almost fit 2 keyboards on it. If you're looking for something compact to hold your keyboard, this is not the solution for you.
+ This is not for use with a sit-down desk (unless your desk is ridiculously high). The keyboard hangs 6" below the desk and will definitely hit your knees on a sit-down desk. You can probably sit a small coffee mug on the tray and close it.
Okay, now that that is clear, let's talk about the minor flaws I encountered:
+ It does not slide fluidly. Because each side of the tray has its own slider, the tray won't ever come out straight. One side of the tray will likely be ahead of the other unless you magically grip the dead center of the keyboard while pulling it out. It's not a huge problem and the tray never got stuck while i was playing with it, but it definitely wasn't as satisfying as a well-made drawer.
+ The clamp head will break off if you screw too far in the wrong direction. This one was almost a deal breaker, but a closer examination of the clamp showed that it was just pinned to the screw head with a tiny bit of metal. I was able to recover the piece i broke off and semi-restore it to clip the head back on. It seems like it's working, but I kinda wish the clamp head was on a ball joint instead of hanging loosely and just pinned in place. The clamp head will likely break off if you try to apply it to an uneven surface, as well.
I think this would be a great addition to a standing desk that needs a tray for a keyboard and mouse. The way it hangs makes it easy to keep small monitors eye-height and not have to lift your arms very high to type.
