I couldn’t believe how much of a difference this made after one use. I have curly/wavy hair that tends to be unruly and sometimes a little dull, split ends, and lots of shedding. I used this for one hour with no heat, covered with a shower cap, rinsed warm and followed with cold water. After a quick blow dry (no real styling) my hair is super moisturized, manageable, shiny, and I haven’t noticed any shedding. I’ve used some great hair masks in the past but I am absolutely adding this to my weekly routine.
