Update: 1/20/2020. During my first 5 workouts the flywheel made a continuous clicking noise and the bearings in the right pedal gave way so you couldn't pedal anymore. I had already initiated the return before I decided to email customer support. Within 1 hour Nancy responded and I explained the problem I sent her a couple pictures of the pedal. Long story short Pooboo replaced the entire bike and it will arrive in 2 days. The customer service is beyond belief especially by today's standards. After purchasing new pedals and tightening up the flywheel it seems the 2nd week of workouts have been great (on the original bike) and no new issues with the bike. So for now I love the bike and the great customer service! I would recommend this bike. Bike was great on first workout. Each day there's been new noises and squeaks I cant get rid of. Bought this based off the reviews so not sure if I got a lemon or what. This might be going back.
