Especially for the price, the cable is made of good materials; not cheapo plastic that can't bend. I move them around every so often (wedged in my ceiling tiles and thumbtacks squeezing/pinching them against the wall) and nothing's come close to looking damaged or loose. Got this IT guy's seal of approval. UltrClar Cables are the first place I look on Amazon, been content with the two or three 75' CAT 6 cables I bought years ago. They still look virtually brand-new also. So.. yeah.. they're cables that do what the cables are supposed to do. Also happen to have alright build quality (all of my orders consistently have) and don't cost astronomically higher than just cutting and making the cords myself :P
