When these mugs arrived I found them to be exactly as advertised. They were lovely to look at, a nice weight, easy to hold, and appear very well made. They were carefully packed so there was no sign of damage anywhere. I was delighted to find a sheet right on top on how to care for them to keep them looking as lovely as they did when they came out of the box. I have used them twice since I received them and found them perfect for the Moscow Mules I made in them. I didn't give full marks for durability since I haven't had them long enough yet to know how well they will hold up. And if there is any suggestion I would make, it's that some kind of small brush for cleaning the copper straws would be a welcome addition.
