This project is both easy to use, and it works wonderfully! It doesn't hold much water, but it hears up quickly. It isn't heavy, and I am able to use it myself without help. (Paraplegic T9-T10) Once the pad it thoroughly dampened it glides effortlessly. It doesn't over steam, meaning the floors dried in seconds. I love that it comes with two pads, can get more pads for it, and has several attachments that are stored right on it's wall hanger. I've used it to reach to clean my own tile shower, my windows, my rugs and car seats, furniture, walls, and floors- hardwood, linoleum, locking invincible flooring, and the laminate wood flooring, too! It has an extension that makes it easy for me to reach the tops of the windows and showers that I can't normally reach from my chair, and it is lightweight enough that I can easily hold it up for the period of time it takes to complete the task. Changing the heads out is an easy process, and each attachment is labeled clearly both in the book and on the attachment. I enjoy having the ability to do my own cleaning again, as previously I had to have much done by my spouse and kids. They love the use of it, too. It takes away the dingy water being pushed around the floor, and the look like new again. It has even been useful one clean residue from my wheelchair wheels during weekly maintenance. It apply steam using the brush attachment to get the debris left in the tread, then switch to the small cloth attachment to finish the tires and metal on my chair. It's been really nice not having all the fertilizer, road tar, dirt, and whatever else ick the tires collect. My hands are healing up for the first time in years not having all the chemicals off the wheels constantly in contact with them!! Very happy mom, here. Best Mother's Day gift ever. ❤
