Full disclosure: I have only used this vacuum one time so far. I am writing a review because the experience was superb. The vacuum maneuvers effortlessly and is so well designed that I am able to vacuum under a futon in bed mode without issue interference. The head is a good size and even though we have a “complex house” (aka pack rats) I never found the head too big to get stuck. The small light on the front of the head was useful. I did find that the dust collector is rather small so I emptied it 3 times just on our bottom floor ~30’x 50’. We do have 5 cats though and I found the suction performance excellent. It picked up everything from cardboard chunks from scratchers to whole dry cat food to cat litter and TONS of hair. The cord is a good length, the unit does not feel heavy when cleaning hardwood floors and it is an intuitive design. I used all of the attachments and was happy with them all. Btw, I tested the vacuum after receiving it and was not intending on vacuuming the house but was intrigued by the maneuverability and found myself vacuuming the house. I was expecting a sore wrist from holding what looks like a power drill. But I was surprised when the wheels worked so well on hardwood floor it just balances in your hand; very easy for me. The head angles in intuitive and an easy to use manner. I hope this vacuum lasts a long time.
