I am extremely happy with this flat iron! Came in quickly and it is just as pictured. Heats up pretty fast and does allow you to adjust the temperature on the little turning wheel. I never go all the way up, since I am cautious this might hurt my hair, if done on a daily basis. Half-way through usually does the job for me. This flat iron can also be used for making curls/waves - gives you a very natural look. If you just slide the iron all the way down, just like you regularly do when trying to straighten your hair, but instead of going straight down - just rotate the iron little bit and pull. Good quality product and I am looking at their curling irons now =)
