I ordered this as an "opened box" deal. Important to note- if the blades are not properly inserted and secured at both bottom AND top, it will chip the inside of the container. PUT THE LID ON ALL THE WAY AMAZON! Besides the chipping to the inside due to poor shipping and handling, it works great. While you can prep a lot of things it's not exceptionally versatile in the sense that there is only one button and it does the same damn thing every time with no adjustment. There are three different sized cannisters, but it only has one setting. That being said it is powerful af. You could make a margarita, chop nuts (very brief pulsing or you'll get dust), assault cauliflower until its so broken down it submits to immitating bread, or another margarita in case you f'ed that up.
