Please read the instructions before use! These pans must be "Seasoned" before the first use then periodically thereafter and "NEVER" use cooking sprays. I bought my first pan and did not follow instructions. It formed a sticky coating and was useless. Of course, only then did I read instructions. I then decided after a few months to buy another pan and this time follow the instructions. AMAZING! After 4 months of use I am now looking to buy the entire 10pc set.
