For me, this stuff works
I learned about it on the Joe Rogan podcast from when he had the Harvard geneticist on, so I tried to replicate his regime (NR, K2/D3, Resveratrol and Metformin), except the Metformin (prescription). I started by taking NR and K2/D3 and I noticed the effects by the next day, the best way I can describe it is an elevated level of energy and cognitive function without any of the skittishness associated with stimulants. My sleep has improved, according to my fitness tracker and my joints felt way better after taking it for a week. I am only 39 but elbows and knees are starting to have problems from years of lifting weights. I started taking Resveratrol after a week being on the NR but my sleep started getting really bad and after 5 days I stopped taking the Resveratrol and my sleep has gone back to being normal. I guess my system doesn't like Resveratrol, so I won't be taking that any more. I was skeptical at first but taking into account the source of the information (current Harvard professor), I thought it was at least worth a try. I am glad I did and I would definitely recommend, especially if you are doing cognitively demanding work. edit - 3/20/2019 I was going to buy more on Amazon but apparently you can buy it from Truniagen's own website. I bought a 6 months supply and saved about $50 over the Amazon price.
