Really good exfoliator. Probably avoid if you have really sensitive skin though.
I would recommend this to people without sensitive skin simply because it does have a physical exfoliant plus the alpha hydroxy acids as well. The physical exfoliant isn't very rough, IF YOU USE ENOUGH WATER ON YOUR FACE. If you don't use enough water it does that thing where it gets sorta like sticky and pills up. So, just make sure your face is plenty damp and add more water if you need to and you'll be good. You also definitely don't need to use this every single day, I'd say probably once or twice a week honestly. Also, this does have a fragrance, I personally don't think it's that bad. But, for people with a sensitivity to fragrance I'd probably avoid. Please use a sunscreen if you use this. The AHAs help expose the fresher layers of your skin and that new skin is more sensitive to sun damage. KEY INGREDIENTS - Glycerin - moisturizer/humectant and super gentle on the skin. Mandelic Acid - It's an Alpha Hydroxy Acid which helps unglue dead skin cells to gently lift them off your face to help your skin be more smooth and even. Glycolic Acid - Another AHA, a little stronger than the mandelic acid but you should be completely fine unless you have super sensitive skin. It can help fade dark spots from sun damage or acne and also lifts dead skin away. Also, packaging is opaque which is a plus because mandelic acid is light sensitive.
