So I’m going to be honest… I’m not sure if it’s just this oil I’m using or a combination of me spraying my hair with clove and rosemary. I got my hair cut in June. I asked for a cut, but they chopped it off and it was the shortest it’s been in about 10 yrs.😬 So I went online and researched many serums and oils, and this one got really good reviews. I also research that if you boil clove and rosemary spray,massage and leave it in, it helps with growth. You can keep the mixture in the fridge for up to two weeks. There are lots of videos on YouTube about this. So my regiment has been spraying my hair in my roots with the clove mix then putting in the oil in sections of my hair and massaging both in and running it through my hair. Whatever I did, it worked!!!!🤗🤗 This is growth between June 2022 and January 2023. U can see the growth in seven months. I also have taken biotin capsules for years. Also, I have only flat ironed my hair once in seven months. I try to wear natural, so I’m sure that also helped. I’m on my second round of oil and I usually boil my clove mixture every other week it lasts for a while in the fridge. Good luck to you all. 🤗
