The floor grate doesn't fit the plastic part, it falls down, it doesn't stay on the back support as it can't reach it, the front part flies up when rabbits step on it. The plastic part is somehow crooked, not in the shape as it is supposed to be, but Amazon packed it perfectly, nothing happened to it during transfer, so it must have been from the manufacture. Otherwise it would be a great toilet and it would work just perfectly, I like the size, the grate is ok as well. My rabbits have no problems with it. Just be warned that you might receive a faulty one and might have to fix it at home so that it works as it is supposed to work. As I see I am not the only one. And the white (grey) color is not nice at all, the colors from the photos are beautiful but then you receive this white gray not working toilet... so sad. edit: 2nd and 3rd one I bought are perfect! fit as they should and rabbits love them, they are perfect size, easy to clean, save the amount of litter, helps the cate stay clean of litter, rabbits feet don't get dirty and yellow.
