The first time I used copper coated cookware it was not Gotham Steel. Even then I was so pleased with the results, I swore I’d never use anything else. After getting a Gotham Steel cupcake pan, I saw how much sturdier it was than the other brand I had, so I bought this whole set. I am so pleased. It’s durable, works well for everything, much heftier than the other set I had (while not being much heavier) and this set is everything. I don’t bother with heavy glass baking pans, parchment paper or oil coating anymore. The handles on the pots and pans doesn’t get more than slightly warm if anything. You don’t have to scrub. Things don’t burn nearly as easily as in anything else I’ve used. And I’ve pretty much tried them all.
