As an informed person I'll start by saying that the placebo effect is something that within us we cannot really tell. Up front I will concede that point. Putting that aside I purchased this product as a substitute for the Balance of Nature product being advertised on television because I cannot afford it. This was much less expensive. I was hoping that it would provide some of if not all of the same benefits. I tried to pay attention to how I felt before taking it and after taking it in order to write this review. I can report that after taking this supplement I do feel more energy and I feel less pain in my joints. I was not expecting anything special but was looking for something special and I found it. This supplement may work differently for anyone but for me I can recommend it.
