I spent probably 2-3 hours researching a good detox and/or cleanse that wouldn't leave me feeling crappy (get it??? lol) and I am so glad I ordered Hey Girl! I also ordered their Energize tea and love that too! I highly recommend this tea. Heads up - it gave me some minor tummy cramps right off the bat but I have adjusted the amount of loose leaf tea I put into my tea infuser to dilute it a little and it worked like a charm. This "teatox" cleanse has definitely reduced my bloating!!!
