Just ordered a second bag and keeping this on subscribe and save. Having lived in Bolivia, have enjoyed quinoa for many years, long before it became popular in the USA. So glad it has - It has so many benefits and can be served so many ways. Recently read that the world's oldest man was a Bolivian living in high altitude and eating the national dish: quinoa with potatoes, daily. It has to be true! :) Yet it is a trend and this product is not the same everywhere. This is the real thing and easy to just pour out and enjoy in every recipe due to being not only carefully washed but knowledgeably washed so as not to remove the benefits but to assure the great taste. Highly recommend.
