So I live in Minnesota. It gets cold here. We have high expectations on gear to keep us warm. I bought these to cover my hands during shoveling and also to scrape off the car. They are WARM. They are so warm and so fuzzy. I have been outside for 1-2 hours shoveling and my fingertips are cozy as can be. So they get a full rating on that. But I took away a star because they tear up so easily! There are small grips on many shovels and ice scrapers and these mittens stick and tear like they are cotton balls. They are already very torn up because of this and I know I will need to buy new mittens next season. If you live a place wear you just need to look cute and stay warm? Good mittens.
