This is my second Campbell Hausfeld portable inflator. After my first one lasted for years and years, finally it wouldn't hold a charge so It was necessary to replace it. Unfortunately I purchased another look-alike inflator which was a mistake. While both were kept in similar conditions (generally in my car for use on auto tires), the replacement lasted only a couple of years before the hose cracked, and unfortunately, it was not replaceable. Guess which one I bought then?? Of course, the Campbell Hausfeld! It really feels like a substantial little machine for the money spent. If it lasts nearly as long as the first one did, it's well worth every penny. My work requires travel by car during all sorts of odd hours. Knowing I can handle a tire with low air at 4AM in rural Georgia is great peace of mind. I like having both a charger for the car as well as DC home charger. It's also helped me with inflating tires on lawn tractor, aerator, wheelbarrow, and bicycle. Useful! If you find this information to have value, please click "helpful".
