The heating function never worked, seller was very helpful
I bought this for my bf because he has a lot of neck pain, he seemed to like it when we turned it on, however it never got hot. Had to return it.
Update: the seller contacted me and was apologetic, very kind and helpful. I love when a seller listens to their customers. I will order from them again.
