I am a huge fan of Hey Girl's teas and was excited to try a tea for the morning. This energize tea fits the bill if, like me, you enjoy sipping something warm while at work. It's bright and citrusy, and gives me a nice productive buzz. I usually make this in my Hey Girl tumbler, which keeps it piping hot for such a long time so that I can sip on it between phone calls, while doing tasks, and generally getting things done. I've found that since drinking this tea daily, I don't crave a snack before lunchtime. It's a small habit change, but I know that cutting down on at least one snack a day is a habit that I'm grateful to have gained by adding this tea to my morning routine.
