When we canceled our tv service (still twc at the time), we kept the internet. We pay for 200 Mbps, but we're constantly having latency and dropping issues with the modem/router we were leasing from them. Once we bought this, our speed increased consistently to 226-229 Mbps (like I said, only paying for 200). We don't have any problems connecting to wifi, no drops or latency. Really love it! We've had it on for a little over a month and haven't had to restart or anything. Very happy. If you have spectrum, you will need to call when you get it. They have to set up some files to activate it. We couldn't get ours to work for a while, and finally called back in. The first guy had forgotten one file in a folder. So if you have issues, have them check whatever they do during setup.
